Leeds and North Leeds are our busiest patch — a mix of Victorian terraces, 1930s semis and newer estate housing, with Horsforth adding period stone-built homes to the west and Garforth giving a bit more room to work with on the eastern edge of the city. Side access is often tight and boundaries shared with neighbours, so getting the party wall process and site logistics right matters here more than almost anywhere else we work.
