This job came to us through a family recommendation, and it turned into a great transformation for a fantastic couple. They wanted to divide their L-shaped kitchen/dining area to create a separate home office/snug that the whole family could use.
After chatting through their ideas, we agreed a pocket door system was the best choice to maximise space, with the door sliding neatly into the wall. We also created a new window opening to bring in extra light, and thanks to the customer’s research, we were able to source an exact match for their original windows.
The work included:
- New downlights in the kitchen
- Re-plastering affected areas
- Second fix joinery
- A beautiful Howdens glazed oak door
The customers were away on holiday while the work took place, so keeping everything clean and tidy was a priority. They returned late at night to a spotless home and a brand-new space ready to enjoy.
